Bud Flower Workshop – Terms and Conditions

 Payment & Inclusions
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- All prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment can be made online or via direct debit. If paying by direct debit, please use your name and class date as the reference code.

Price includes:
- Transfers to and from Matiatia ferry terminal
- Workshop and tuition
- A generous platter lunch and a glass of bubbles or juice
- Flowers and materials made during the class (to take home)

 Cancellations & Class Transfers
- If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 10 business days (2 weeks) before your workshop.

Cancellations must be made in writing — please email us at hello@heybud.nz.

If you cannot attend:
- With 10 business days’ notice: You’re welcome to transfer to another workshop (if space is available).
- Less than 10 days’ notice: If you can’t make it, you can either:
- Send a friend along in your place, or
- Reschedule your class by paying a $75.00 cost to cover fresh flowers and materials.

Class Changes
- Occasionally, we may need to reschedule or cancel a class if numbers are low. If that happens, we’ll work with you to find another date that suits — or provide a full refund if not.
- Class locations may also change from time to time to suit group sizes.

 Safety & Property
- For your safety, please wear closed shoes. Unfortunately, thongs, open shoes, or high heels aren’t allowed at the workshop.
- Follow all safety instructions from tutors and venue staff.
- Notify us of any allergies or medical conditions in advance.

We are not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss or damage to personal property (en route or at the venue)

 Venue & Promotion
- We reserve the right to change the venue if necessary.
- No video recording during the workshop.
- Photos and videos may be taken after the class. We may photograph or video your work for promotional use unless you request otherwise.


 Gift Vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Redeem them online or by getting in touch with your voucher/order number.
- Sorry, extensions aren’t possible once they expire.

Photography & Sharing
- We love seeing your creativity! Please feel free to take photos of your own work and share them. Out of respect for others, no video or audio recording during classes.
- If you’d like to photograph others, please ask their permission first.
- When sharing images of Bud staff or guest tutors, please tag us appropriately.
