Master Florist Iain Stephens is an Auckland Floral icon and has won multiple awards within the floral industry globally. He creates unique, bespoke floral designs for weddings and events, tailored to reflect each couple’s style. With 25 years of experience on Waiheke Island, Bud sources the finest seasonal blooms from local growers and Auckland flower markets, ensuring every arrangement feels fresh and thoughtful. Founder Iain Stephens has been at the forefront of the wedding floral industry for over 40 years, building an outstanding reputation in Auckland and beyond. After selling his former businesses, Iain has made Waiheke home, where he continues to share his passion for flowers through Bud, bringing floral dreams beautifully to life.

Iain’s floristry career spans over four decades. He has a passion for creating bespoke floral designs for weddings, funerals, workshops and events. Iain is a member of New Zealand Professional Florists and holds their highest accreditation of NZ Master Florist.

Located in Oneroa on Waiheke Island Bud is centrally located five minutes away from the passenger ferry terminal at Matiatia.

Wherever possible all fresh product is grown and purchased locally on the island, as well as from local flower markets in Auckland.
